Debbie Waggoner

Debbie Waggoner is a Corporate Trainer and Organizational Development consultant. She combines a broad background of both business and training experience to provide value to each organizational development project. The past twelve years of her career she has spent working with groups in organizations to maximize their effectiveness.

Prior to Nodus, Inc. Debbie spent 10 years in the construction, insurance and manufacturing industries in various Human Resources positions. Debbie's educational background includes a B. S. Degree in Personnel Management and a number of training certifications. She lives in Decatur, Texas with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include music, reading and traveling.
Mary Beth May
Through training, coaching, and consulting, Mary Beth assists adults in building the skills that will help the perform more effectively in their lives. Mary Beth was with the Dale Carnegie organization for 15 years as a consultant and a trainer. This gave her the foundation for her present work. She works with groups as well as individuals. The structure and content of the program is determined after assessing the needs of the individual(s) and the organization.
Mary Beth's primary training method when working with individuals and groups is coaching. She challenges them to perform at their highest level through direction and positive reinforcement. As a result, the participants become more skilled and confident in their abilities.
