- Use the DiSC® profile (administered prior to class) to gain a deeper understanding
of typical behavior in four dimensions.
- Use the DiSC® profile to create awareness of others’ styles and how to adapt and
adjust to build influence and persuasiveness
- Communication Skills
- Understand your personal communication style
- Look at important aspects of various communication methods: presentations, meetings,
one-on-one settings and email
- Learn valuable follow-up methods to enhance interpersonal effectiveness
- Stress Management
- Recognize how your behavior is affected by stress
- Learn strategies to lessen the impact of stress on co-workers and leaders
- Time Management
- Learn how your approach to time management impacts others
- Develop skills in communicating about priorities, deadlines and work styles
- Action Plan
Develop a plan to implement specific tools from the training course to the work place
