We have all experienced the "other" in us. In the Grip is about the out-of-character selves we all encounter from time-to-time, particularly in response to fatigue and stress. Based on the type theory of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, In the Grip, allows individual and teams to better understand how personality affects stress and what they can do about it.

Participants must have attended a previous MBTI® orientation session and know their MBTI® type.
