Making Things Happen Through Conversation
Though we communicate constantly, how much if it is truly effective
communication?
In this presentation, Debbie talks about how we
can all improve at making things happen through conversation. You may
find that you communicate based on assumptions more than facts, are
not as direct as you could be and do not have the courage to address
tough issues. Or we talk and talk and accomplish little or nothing!
Ms. Waggoner explains that in recognizing some of the differences in
what and how we communicate, we can learn skills that help ourselves
and others be more effective which in turn makes us more productive.
In this energizing session, Debbie will share four skills in
improving your ability to make things happen through conversation.
So. You can talk and talk, or you can make things happen. Which
will it be?
