Support issues should be directed to Robert Waggoner Mon-Fri. 8 am - 5 pm by calling (940) 627-9163. Software developed or purchased from Nodus is warranted for a period of 1 year. Additional support, outside the scope of the original product agreement is available at rates provided below in this CISV document. For consulting support purchases, the consultant provided will provide services to fulfill the stated agreement between Nodus and the purchasing agency. Should the work product provided fail to fulfill the agreed upon goals, Nodus will, at no additional charge, provide services to complete the work product to the terms and conditions of the Statement of Work in the agreement. All work is guaranteed to meet client's expectations of support outlined in the support agreement. |

Statement of Guarantee Nodus, Inc.will make available equivalent replacements products sold to the State of Texas for a term of 3 years after a product is discontinued. |
